Welcome to Sierra Equipment Supply. Having owned and operated two of the largest private snow clearing companies in the US for over 45 years and counting, and as a supplier of heavy equipment chain for the past 30 years, we see a lot of products come and go. We have been so impressed with a select few we knew we needed to share them with the industry. We have extensively tested all of the products we sell and we stand confidently behind them.

Our History
In 1979 we started Waltman Construction in Truckee, California with one machine. Our company has since grown. In 2017 we rebranded as Elements Mountain Company to become the largest, private snow-clearing business in North Lake Tahoe all while holding onto our family-owned and operated status.
